Cooking in Cast Iron

Join us for a class on how to cook in cast iron pans and enjoy tasting various Secolari salts and vinegars.

Taught by Mary's Land Farm Innkeeper Julie Webb, participants will learn about the versatility of cooking in cast iron, how to properly season pans and also how to care for cast iron pans.

Class participants will savor the unique taste of cast iron cornbread as they discover flavor combinations of salts and vinegars with roasted vegetables and pasture raised steak.
